This 1973 Commando came to the shop with a broken connecting rod. Check out the photo! The resulting damage necessitated a complete engine rebuild. The owner wanted to update the performance and look of their bike so we decided on a full mechanical and electrical rebuild.
The bike handles tight, and true, with all new chassis bearings, bushings, isolastics, shocks, and rebuilt forks. To add some shine the cases and covers were resurfaced and the covers polished and all hardware was CAD plated for a factory finish. The engine and gearbox were rebuilt with all new OEM Norton parts. This bike runs great and the S-Type pipes sound fantastic.
